This is the worst dealer . with the worst service and the worst experience. I just went to the dealer with a flat tire . I explained to service advisor Miqueas Melendez that I needed fix to go back to work. I am a physician . they could not fix it in a timely matter or offer me a loaner for the day. they do not care about the clients . do not ever buy a car over here. BMW will be the way to go

Good service overall. Although one thing we didn't like is that car wasn't ready when we arrived and had to wait over two hours with no or very little explanation nor communication. And just when we were ready to drive out, they had to take back again. Minor details but significant. Specially when all documentation was signed before to avoid loos of time like we ultimately ended up having.

I recently leased an Audi at The Collection. I was greeted by Kelsey Giebel who exceeded all my expectations. I was impressed by her patience, knowledge and customer service skills. She continued to answer/address all my questions, days after the leased was completed, in spite of her busy schedule with other new customers. My experience at The Collection with Kelsy and all the team members that I encountered was 'World Class"!

What good is an online service scheduling tool if the available dates are never accurate? This is the third time in a row I schedule service online that I get a text two days later to let me know there's no loaners available for another month. Mind you, when you schedule the service, you select whether you need a loaner or not. If you do choose the loaner option, the available appointments get reduced significantly and they're at least one week in the future, usually two. The worst service experience I have ever encountered at a Porsche dealer. I lost the key to my 2004 Boxster during hurricane Ian. I ordered a new key fob through the dealer and had the car towed from Key West To Miami. It was determined that the drains were clogged and the floor was flooded. The rugs were to be removed and sanitized and the ECU replaced and the car put back together and the new fob programmed. The car has been there three weeks and I keep getting a different story and a different delivery date each time I call.

Brought My car to BMW and seems The Collection didn't really deliver the car in the best condition. I'm a client with TC but this time I have to drop a bad review is not how I was expecting it to be handled tbh.

The people at collection let you feel extra special , Luis Hernandez in particular . He gave me the white glove treatment all the way till new car was in my condo . Will only buy at this dealership . The honesty and quick handling of purchasing a car is unmatched . Luis Hernandez is a great sales person to deal with and a great person . Will shop again ! 5 stars !

After determining that my Aston Martin needed aclutch replacement, I authorized the service and they returned the car. I was left with a broken car that simply wouldn't engage firt gear in the middle of a highway, leaving me in a very dangerous situation. I texted my service consultant and I still haven't heard back. Probably they charged me for a service horribly executed if at all....

Service for this dealer has been deteriorating slowly but surely..Had been a “ loyal” customer fir the last 12 years…a mission to get appointments… no loaners.. etc. Given market conditions I called and tried to buy my car which was a lease and it was a nightmare! Was given an appointment 2 months after I requested it and was told to renew my lease and wait for the appointment!!! Thankfully I found the best service at Audi North Miami… problem solved! I am not a customer of Ferrari of Miami. I bought a California T that was originally sold through The Collection. I wanted a copy of the window sticker for the car. Giuseppe quickly provided the sticker without question or qualification. My only regret is that I don't live in Miami so I could get my car serviced at The Collection/Ferrari of Miami.

Be careful, things have definitely changed. I’m told it is because of the pandemic. Going on two weeks I’m waiting for a new tire. Two stars is only because Marco has always given superior service. I would love to give 0 stars! Alfa Romeo owners gets NO attention. They obviously prioritize who you are or the car you drive. Took my car three times there. Every single one got a different advisor. Last time car was left there for three days and the technician didn't even look at it. Called several times and advisor didn't return any call. They simply don't care!!!! When I told him that I no longer wanted their service his answer was a simple "Okay", NO APOLOGIES at all.
